Keto for Endurance
Welcome to Keto for Endurance Athletes.
Every Thursday a new lesson will be released. You will receive an email when each new module is available. The modules can be consumed at your convenience and are available 24 hours a day.
The schedule of Live Coaching and Q&A Calls can be found in the following section. Calls will be every other Tuesday, alternating between 2 pm Pacific / 5 pm Eastern and 3 pm Pacific / 6 pm Eastern.
You may join these calls by phone or web call. Details are available in the "Schedule of Live Coaching and Q&A Calls" section. All calls will be recorded and posted later the same evening on this site. Plan on 60 minutes for each call.
If you have any questions as you go through the material, don't hesitate to email me at email@example.com. I will be hopping on daily, M-F, to answer questions. If a question requires a lengthy or complicated answer, I may decide to answer it on the next Q&A call, in which case I'll let you know.
